Under the Sun Distribution is a leading Internet drop ship warehouse operation. With over 70,000 sqft of warehouse space and several thousands of SKUs in stock, we have the background in products, packing, shipping and handling your goods in a timely fashion. While we run a successful operation with shipping rates that are second to none in the industry, we saw a void in the Internet channels. Brick and mortar stores need to get online and selling goods! We found that most companies really want to get online and add to their current sales channel. Our staff at Under the Sun has a diverse background in all apsects of business and technology. We have created our own software packages that run the networks we have created. By having this ability we have limitless potential to drive the business model in directions that some seem to think impossible. The integrated shopping cart system that you use to order your products for your customers on our dealer website was created by our staff internally. We have created the code, scripts, product data, images, categories, templates, etc. All of the work is done and in our global database systems.

What does this mean for me?

We did all the work and have a fully functional database system that has untapped potential! We have taken our creation one step further and moved pool distribution to the next level. We have created a fully functional shopping cart system that anyone can setup and start running with little time and effort. All of the data is preloaded into your shopping cart system. You use your own domain name and choose a look and feel from our standard templates, OR use your own template. We suggest that you use your own look and feel to stand out from the competition. If you have an existing website, we can use that for your template. If not, you can hire a web design team for a small fee and have your own look and feel created for you. The rest is all done for you. All you need to do is select your payment options and set your prices. We maintain all the items, data, pictures, changes, additions, etc. Existing websites may choose to convert to our system as its a very robust network. We have built the system from the ground up using our own in house programming. We can modify, create and customize the system as needed. Best of all, we stock more than most local pool distributors in our 70,000+ sqft warehouses, giving you superior service and shipping.

What else does your system do?

We allow for custom templates for categories that we have created, or you can create and upload your own. These amount to cross sale items and custom layouts of products on various pages. We have created many system based templates that will upsell your customers on items. The system has full integration with the Under the Sun website to process your orders without the need to key the orders in one at a time. The system will AUTOMATICALLY process the orders as you click on them for review. They are populated for checkout instantly so there is no wasted time entering orders and possibly making mistakes. The order tables are linked together so we can provide online order tracking to your customers, eliminating the need for them to contact you for order status requests. All information is updated in realtime with no system delays.

Online store or an in store kiosk

The diversity of our system allows you to have the software act as your online store giving you unlimited selling potential. The power of the Internet brings your company right into your customers house, yet some customers would rather shop in a store and speak to real people. Our system can act as both an online store and in house store kiosk. Having thousands and thousands of items at your fingertips with the ability to drop ship directly to your customer, or have customers pick up in your store, you can now compete with the major retail chains. More and more you will see stores with online kiosks for the consumers to shop, pay and have instant delivery of their items which are not always in the store when they are shopping. No longer will you lose sales for being out of stock on an item. There is no need to try and carry every item when we carry the products in our huge warehouse facilities. We stock the goods so you don't have to! You have all the information on the product right there at your fingertips along with pictures, warranty information, shipping time frames, videos, PDFs and more! All you would need is an Internet connection so our system can plug right into your LAN network.

How do we get paid?

Your system is setup to accept whatever payment terms you choose. You select which ones to accept, or not to accept. We currently offer credit card processing with Authorize.net and PayPal Payments Pro. You can also accept payments with PayPal Express Checkout. A merchant account is required to accept credit cards. Most stores already have this and simply need to get setup with the online processor. We can assist in making that happen for you. We also allow for check by fax, check by postal mail and wire transfer. More options will be available in the future. You own the accounts and control the funds. You pay us when you place the order with Under the Sun in the Order Management console. This is not an affiliate program or referral system. This is your own business and own web store.

What products can we sell?

Our warehouses are stocked with thousands of SKUs for pool, sauna and backyard living supplies. We carry the same items that other distributors carry and much more. Pricing is very competitve and volume buys are also priced accordingly. We work very close to the manufacturers and buy direct to ensure we have the lowest offering to our dealers.

How much does it cost?

Setup is FREE. Normally there is a $500 setup fee, but we are waiving that setup fee at this time due to high demand of the software. The fee for use of the shopping cart is $99.00 per month. Thats about $3.50 per day for an all inclusive system that you dont need to worry about.
